Case 1    The Internet transformation of traditional educational companies has greatly increased the sales performance

In 2018, a traditional educational company developed a number of English teaching aid apps for students in middle and primary schools, which received the praise after being put on the market. But its marketing model still relies on offline promotion, leading to the poor sales. In 2018, a natural gas processing and supply company affiliated to Dagang Oilfield always existed problems of unclear department responsibilities and poor collaboration. After the consultancy  introduction, with the goal of improving profits, it has adopted the organization process framework design methods and system simplification methods to systematically review and optimize the processes, responsibilities, systems and performance evaluation, leading to the profit  increase by 30% within one year.


Case 3     The internal control system construction in Beijing Grain Group won the first prize of the 23rd Beijing Management Innovation Achievement

As a large state-owned grain enterprise in Beijing, Beijing Grain Group has long undertaken the important task of maintaining grain security in the capital. In 2007, to strengthen the group and risk control, it decided to establish an internal control system. After the corresponding management diagnosis and strategic discussions, it has clarified the organizational process framework, the management and control models, responsibilities and authorities of the group and subordinate enterprises, as well as optimize the relevant process systems in accordance with internal control standards, which helps form the Group Internal Control Manual and Internal Control Manual of each subsidiary. This project won the first prize of the 23rd Management Innovation Achievement in Beijing.


Case 4     The three-standard integration certification of Anyang Electric Power Company won the 2003 National Power Enterprise Management Innovation Award

In order to improve the management level, Anyang Electric Power Company organized and implemented three international certifications for the quality, environment and occupational health and safety. However, due to the simply copy and failure to combine with the actual situation of the enterprise, it resulted in great problems in reality. Therefore, the leaders determined to seek the help from experts and better integrate the three systems. As the chief engineer said, the integration that we want to own can not be a simple integration of black beans, soybeans and mung beans, but the steamed buns made from the compound powder from three kinds of beans and also formulated according to a reasonable ratio. After the consultancy introduction and the fierce brainstorm, we have helped them break their original ideas and establish integrated management system according to the actual management process and requirements. This project won the 2003 National Power Enterprise Management Innovation Award and also included in the monograph International Certification Standard Management System.
